Please complete the patient referral form - this should take less than two minutes. If urgent, please phone us as well so that we can discuss further.

When submitting a patient referral form, you can attach a pdf of your patient notes as well as any relevant images for our specialist team to review.
For pet owners
It is best to obtain a referral from your primary care vet, as we believe in working collaboratively with your veterinary team. However, you are welcome to contact us directly, and with your consent, we will keep your primary care vet fully informed throughout your pet’s care.
If the case is urgent, your pet will be seen the same day. If it’s routine, we will always see the case within five days.
Your pet will undergo a full ophthalmic examination. We will discuss our findings with you, explain the options and costs and arrange any further treatment that is agreed.
Yes, we perform a full range of ocular surgeries in Morden and Waltham Forest. Occasionally, if a patient may need intensive hospital care, we may recommend transfer to our Portsmouth hospital.
We will report fully to your regular vet and work with them to ensure the wellbeing of your pet.
We will check your insurance cover and if your pet is covered, are happy to process a direct insurance claim.
